Rental Equipment

Summary: Configure and manage rental equipment.

UI Path: Rentals → Rental Equipment

Step-by-step

  1. Navigate to Rentals → Equipment.

  2. Confirm you are on the Rental Equipment page (header: "Rental Equipment").

  3. To add an item, click "Add Equipment".

  4. Enter equipment details (type, size, rate, availability, condition) and save.

  5. Verify the equipment appears in the inventory list.

Results & Where to Verify

  • Rentals → Equipment shows the new item in the inventory table.

  • Item becomes selectable in rental bookings where applicable.

Troubleshooting

  • Page not found: Use the sidebar Rentals → Equipment entry.

  • Button missing: You may lack permissions to add equipment.

  • Rentals: View Equipment (read)

  • Rentals: Manage Equipment (create/edit)
