Pay Periods

Summary: Define and manage pay periods.

Audience & Prerequisites: Payroll admins.

UI Path: Payroll → Pay Periods

Step-by-step

  1. Navigate to Payroll → Pay Periods.

  2. Click New Pay Period to create a draft period.

  3. Fill in required fields and save; the period appears under Pay Periods.

  4. Use tabs to filter (e.g., All, Ready, Processed) and manage periods.

  5. When ready, process periods via the pay period details flow.

Results & Where to Verify

  • New pay period appears in the Pay Periods list; counts and statuses update.

Troubleshooting

  • Period not listed: check filters and date ranges; ensure creation succeeded.

  • Payroll: View/Manage Pay Periods
