Before You Start

Prerequisites:

  • You must have Admin or Super Admin role to manage company settings

  • Your organization should already be created in DiverDash

Required Information:

  • Company name (display name for the system)

  • Business contact information

Optional but Recommended:

  • State/Province: State, province, or region

  • Postal Code: ZIP code or postal code

  • Country: Select from dropdown list

Communication Details

  • Phone: Primary business phone number (format: +1-555-123-4567)

  • Email: Primary business email address

  • Website: Company website URL (include https://)

  • Invoice Email: Separate email for invoicing if different from main email

Step 3: Tax and Financial Information

Tax Identification

  • Tax ID: Federal tax identification number (EIN, SSN, etc.)

  • Tax Number: Additional tax registration numbers as needed

  • Sales Tax Code: State or local sales tax identification

  • Sales Tax Rate: Default sales tax percentage for transactions
