Instead of manually entering client information, you can send customers a secure link where they register directly into your system with all their details, medical information, and diving preferences.

Creating Registration Links
Step 1: Access Registration Links
Navigate to Clients in the main menu
Click Registration Links from the sidebar
You'll see your registration link management page
Step 2: Generate Your First Registration Link
If you don't have a registration link yet:
Click Generate Registration Link
The system creates a unique, secure registration URL
Your new registration link appears immediately
Copy the link to start sharing with customers
Your registration link looks like:https://yourdomain.com/register/abc123xyz
Registration Link Features:
Unique ID: Each link is specific to your dive center
Secure: Links use encrypted registration IDs
Company-Branded: Automatically shows your company name and branding
Mobile-Friendly: Works perfectly on phones and tablets
Step 3: Test Your Registration Link
Before sharing with customers:
Click the registration link to open it in a new tab
Complete the registration process as a test customer
Verify all sections appear correctly
Check that client data appears in your Clients list
Make any necessary adjustments to your onboarding configuration

Option 1: Copy and Send Directly
Quick sharing for individual customers:
Click the Copy button next to your registration link
Paste the link into emails, text messages, or chat
Send directly to potential customers

When to regenerate:

Link has been widely shared and you want better control

How to regenerate:
Click Regenerate Registration Link
Confirm the action (this invalidates the old link)
New unique URL is generated
Update any saved links or marketing materials
Important: Old registration links stop working immediately
