Registration Links in DiverDash allow you to create professional, branded online signup forms that customers can complete themselves. Instead of manually entering client information, you can send customers a secure link where they register directly into your system with all their details, medical information, and diving preferences.

Before You Start

Make sure you have:

  • Access to Clients section in DiverDash

  • Understanding of what client information you need to collect

  • Email system ready for sending links to customers

  1. Navigate to Clients in the main menu

  2. Click Registration Links from the sidebar

  3. You'll see your registration link management page

If you don't have a registration link yet:

  1. Click Generate Registration Link

  2. The system creates a unique, secure registration URL

  3. Your new registration link appears immediately

  4. Copy the link to start sharing with customers

Your registration link looks like:https://yourdomain.com/register/abc123xyz

Registration Link Features:

  • Unique ID: Each link is specific to your dive center

  • Secure: Links use encrypted registration IDs

  • Company-Branded: Automatically shows your company name and branding

  • Mobile-Friendly: Works perfectly on phones and tablets

Before sharing with customers:

  1. Click the registration link to open it in a new tab

  2. Complete the registration process as a test customer

  3. Verify all sections appear correctly

  4. Check that client data appears in your Clients list

  5. Make any necessary adjustments to your onboarding configuration

Option 1: Copy and Send Directly

Quick sharing for individual customers:

  1. Click the Copy button next to your registration link

  2. Paste the link into emails, text messages, or chat

  3. Send directly to potential customers

  4. Great for immediate follow-up after phone inquiries

Option 2: Use the Email Template

Professional email invitation:

  1. Click Copy Email Template

  2. The system provides a complete email message including:

    • Professional subject line

    • Welcoming introduction

    • Your registration link

    • Your company signature

When to regenerate:

How to regenerate:

  1. Click Regenerate Registration Link

  2. Confirm the action (this invalidates the old link)

  3. New unique URL is generated

  4. Update any saved links or marketing materials

  5. Important: Old registration links stop working immediately
