Prerequisites
You must have a DiverDash account with rental management permissions.
Your company profile must be set up under Settings > Company.
Overview
The Rentals module handles everything related to renting equipment to your clients. You maintain a catalog of rental items -- BCDs, regulators, wetsuits, masks, fins, and more -- and create bookings that track which client has which equipment, for how long, and at what rate.
DiverDash links rental bookings to your billing and finance systems. Deposits, rental charges, and deposit returns all flow through to client bills and your accounting records.

Create rental bookings linked to clients with defined rental periods.
Process deposits at check-out and return them (or deduct for damage) at check-in.
Handle walk-in customers who are not registered clients.
Integrate with billing so rental charges appear on client bills and in your financial reports.

Tips
