Progress tracking in DiverDash will help you monitor your clients' journey through diving courses, certifications, and skill development. Whether you're tracking a student through their first Open Water course or monitoring an instructor candidate's development, comprehensive progress tracking will ensure no one falls through the cracks and everyone receives the support they need.

    • E-learning modules at 100% completion

    • Chapter tests passed with minimum scores

    • Final exam passed with required score

    • Make-up work completed if necessary

  2. All Practical Skills Demonstrated:

    • Confined water skills checklist completed

    • Open water dive requirements fulfilled

    • Safety skills properly demonstrated

    • Emergency procedures practiced

  3. Documentation Complete:

    • Medical forms current and approved

    • Liability waivers signed and witnessed

    • Course completion forms filled out

    • Student information verified

Certification Prerequisites:

Processing Course Completion

Step 1: Final Progress Review

  1. Navigate to student's course progress page

  2. Verify all course components marked complete

Step 2: Documentation Verification

  1. Medical Forms: Current and properly completed

  2. Waivers: Signed and witnessed appropriately
