Creating Your Account
Set up your DiverDash account in under two minutes. The system automatically configures your chart of accounts, payment methods, and expense categories so you can start working right away.
Prerequisites
Before you begin, make sure you have:
A modern web browser (Chrome, Firefox, Safari, or Edge)
A valid email address
Your dive center or company name
Overview
When you create a DiverDash account, you become the first user for your company. The system assigns you the Super Admin role, giving you full access to every feature. It also auto-generates a chart of accounts, default payment methods, and standard expense categories tailored for dive center operations.
Step-by-Step: Create Your Account
1. Navigate to DiverDash
Open your browser and go to beta.diverdash.com.
2. Click Create Account
On the login page, click Create Account to open the registration form.
3. Fill in Your Details
Complete the registration form with the following information:
First Name
Your first name.
Last Name
Your last name.
A valid email address. This becomes your login.
Password
A secure password (minimum 8 characters).
Company Name
The name of your dive center or business.
4. Submit the Form
Click Create Account to submit. The system creates your account and company in one step.
5. Automatic Configuration
After registration, DiverDash automatically sets up the following for your company:
Chart of Accounts -- A QuickBooks-compatible account structure for dive center finances.
Payment Methods -- Standard methods like cash, credit card, and bank transfer.
Expense Categories -- Common dive center expense types.
You do not need to configure these manually, though you can customize them later in Settings.
6. Proceed to Onboarding
After account creation, you are directed to the onboarding flow. See First-Time Setup for next steps.
What the Super Admin Role Means
As the first user, you receive the Super Admin role automatically. This grants you:
Full access to all features and settings.
The ability to invite and manage team members.
Control over roles and permissions for your company.
Access to billing and subscription management.
No other user can be assigned the Super Admin role through the interface. This role cannot be deleted or modified.
Tips
Use a business email address for your account. This makes it easier for team members to recognize you.
Choose a strong, unique password. DiverDash hashes passwords with bcrypt for security.
Your company name appears throughout the platform, so enter it exactly as you want it displayed.
