Password Reset

If you forget your password, you can reset it from the login page. DiverDash sends a reset link to your registered email address.

Prerequisites

Before you begin, make sure you have:

  • Access to the email address you used to register

  • A web browser

Overview

The password reset flow sends a one-time link to your email. Clicking the link takes you to a page where you create a new password. The reset link expires after a limited time for security.

Step-by-Step: Reset Your Password

1. Navigate to the Login Page

Open your browser and go to beta.diverdash.comarrow-up-right.

2. Click Forgot Password

On the login page, click the Forgot Password link. This opens the password reset form.

3. Enter Your Email Address

Type the email address associated with your DiverDash account and click Send Reset Link (or the equivalent button).

4. Check Your Email

Open your email inbox and look for a message from DiverDash. The email contains a link to reset your password.

If you do not see the email within a few minutes, check your spam or junk folder.

Click the link in the email. It opens a page where you can create a new password.

6. Create a New Password

Enter your new password. It must meet the following requirements:

  • Minimum 8 characters long.

  • Use a mix of letters, numbers, and special characters for best security.

Confirm your new password by entering it a second time, then click Reset Password.

7. Log In with Your New Password

After resetting, you are redirected to the login page. Enter your email and new password to sign in.

Tips

  • Choose a password you do not use on other websites.

  • Consider using a password manager to generate and store strong passwords.

  • If you reset your password, any existing sessions may be invalidated. You will need to sign in again on all devices.

Troubleshooting

Issue
Solution

Reset email not received

Check your spam/junk folder. Verify you entered the correct email address. Wait a few minutes and try again.

Reset link expired

Request a new reset link by repeating the process from Step 1.

New password rejected

Ensure your password is at least 8 characters. Avoid common passwords.

Still cannot log in after reset

Clear your browser cache and cookies, then try again. If the issue persists, contact support.
