Company Settings

Configure your dive center's profile, tax information, and invoicing preferences.

Navigate to Settings > Company to manage your company configuration.

Prerequisites

  • You must be logged in with company settings write permission.

  • Your company must be set up during initial registration before these settings become available.

Overview

Company settings control the core identity and financial configuration of your dive center. The page is organized into three tabs, each covering a different area of configuration.

Changes you make here affect the entire company. They appear on invoices, client communications, and reports.

Details Tab

The Details tab stores your company's basic identity information.

Editing Company Details

  1. Navigate to Settings > Company.

  2. Select the Details tab (this is the default tab).

  3. Update any of the following fields:

    • Company Name -- Your dive center's official name.

    • Address -- Street address, city, state/province, postal code, and country.

    • Phone -- Primary contact phone number.

    • Email -- Primary contact email address.

    • Logo -- Upload your company logo. This appears on invoices and documents.

  4. Click Save to apply your changes.

Tax Tab

The Tax tab manages your tax identification and regional tax settings.

Configuring Tax Settings

  1. Navigate to Settings > Company.

  2. Select the Tax tab.

  3. Enter your Tax ID (e.g., EIN, VAT number, or local equivalent).

  4. Configure Tax Rates applicable to your region and services.

  5. Adjust Regional Settings as needed for your jurisdiction.

  6. Click Save to apply your changes.

Tax settings affect how taxes are calculated on bills and displayed on invoices.

Invoice and Billing Tab

The Invoice and Billing tab controls the appearance and terms of invoices sent to clients.

Configuring Invoice Settings

  1. Navigate to Settings > Company.

  2. Select the Invoice and Billing tab.

  3. Configure the following:

    • Invoice Templates -- Customize the layout and content of your invoices.

    • Payment Terms -- Set default due dates and late payment policies.

  4. Click Save to apply your changes.

These settings apply as defaults to all new invoices. You can override terms on individual bills when needed.

Looking for Payment Methods?

Payment method management has moved to the Finance section. Navigate to Finance > Accounts to add, edit, delete, and map payment methods to your accounts.

Tips

  • Upload a high-quality logo. It represents your brand on every invoice and document.

  • Double-check your Tax ID. An incorrect value can cause compliance issues.

  • Review payment terms annually. Ensure they align with your cash flow needs.

Logo upload fails

File too large or unsupported format

Use a PNG or JPEG file under 2MB.

Tax rates not applying to bills

Verify that tax rates are assigned to the correct service categories.
